EQUESTRIAN REAL ESTATE AGENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As a real estate agent, your responsibilities include:
  • Prospecting for new clients and properties
  • Selling properties
  • Visiting existing clients
  • Following up on ongoing files
  • Preparing sales mandates
  • Drafting and negotiating sales agreements
  • Providing a certificate of good conduct
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Experience in real estate is a must
  • Ability to work in an organized manner
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Professional and representative appearance
  • Knowledge of real estate legislation

JOB-RELATED SKILLS

  • Track and complete administrative documents related to activities
  • Identify client needs (price, size, location, etc.) and formalize the request
  • Search for properties and land
  • Prospect for clients
  • Estimate the value of real estate
  • Advise clients on renovation works and legal obligations
  • Monitor and analyze the real estate market
  • Present properties to clients
  • Inform clients about purchase conditions
  • Assist and advise clients until the transaction is completed (financing, documents, etc.)
  • Carry out property assessments and descriptions (plans, photos, etc.)
  • Conduct commercial promotion activities
  • Negotiate and close real estate transactions
  • Gather information and documents (income, mandates, etc.)
